Lash n Glow has been established for 7 years and recently moved into a beautiful new salon space. The business continues to grow, and with Ella now fully booked and in high demand, I’m looking for another pair of hands to join the salon and support increasing client demand.

I’m looking for a self-employed Lash & Brow Technician who is passionate about their work, detail-focused, and keen to grow within a supportive salon environment. This role offers the opportunity to learn, accelerate growth and build confidence with ongoing guidance and mentoring from myself, drawing on my years of experience in the beauty industry.

Previous experience is welcome but not essential. More importantly, I’m looking for someone who shares my work ethic and values, takes pride in their work, and has a genuine passion for beauty and attention to detail.

My name is Clodagh McOnie - a fully qualified and insured eyelash and eyebrow technician and professional makeup artist, based in Newquay, Cornwall. With a background in the beauty, makeup, and modelling industries, I’ve spent years building a career rooted in passion, precision, and creativity.
After completing a Level 2 Diploma in Theatrical Hair and Media Makeup, I chose to specialise in treatments focused around the eyes—lashes and brows. I’ve since undertaken multiple advanced courses to develop the skills and knowledge needed to turn this passion into a thriving business.

Lash n Glow was born in 2017 out of a desire for creative freedom, high-quality treatments, and a space where beauty meets authenticity. I wanted to use only the best products, offer affordable pricing, and create an environment where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.

This is more than just a job- it's my craft, my passion, and my hobby. I'm a perfectionist in everything I do, and I won’t let a client leave until I know I’ve delivered my very best. At Lash n Glow, we aim to provide more than a service- we want to offer a relaxing, uplifting experience where you can switch off, feel pampered, and walk away glowing.
2024: A NEW CHAPTER
In 2024, I proudly expanded into a stunning, luxurious salon on Chester Road. This beautiful new space reflects my commitment to high standards, calm surroundings, and a truly elevated client experience.
With this exciting move, I also welcomed two amazing professionals to the Lash n Glow team:

Ella Richards, known as @ellalashngloww joined me in March 2024 and qualified in September 2024. She has trained closely alongside me, mastering the same treatments and maintaining the high standards my clients expect. Ella is incredibly talented, precise, and passionate- an absolute reflection of the Lash n Glow ethos.​

Sade Ekwe, known as @smoothoperator_00 on Instagram, also joined the team to bring a whole new level of skincare expertise to the salon. Sade specialises in advanced luxury facials and cutting-edge add-on treatments, using innovative technologies to deliver visible results and indulgent experiences.
